The hotel's location is excellent and best possible, not far from many nice stores and restaurants. The staff is excellent co-operating and amicable. It's a great place for visiting some must-see attractions in Mecca.

The location was mind-blowing, just a short 7-10 min walk to the masjid. The staff at the reception, especially Majid, were super helpful and allowed us to check-in early. The free parking and readily available lifts were a plus. The complementary continental breakfast was jaw-droppingly delicious. Staff throughout the hotel were cooperative and made our stay wonderful.

The location was favourable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Zamzam Well. The bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away. Actually, the room was impeccably clean, it also had a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet.

Convenient amenities such as TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the triple room. Relaxing bathtubs in the bathroom. Amazingly close to Zamzam Well. Also, it's right in the middle of everything. 🌟
